The picture of people who sleep in the streets and supporting the harsh winter played in the fourth world, poverty pockets of the big cities.
In Madrid, about 700 people sleeping rough. This figure does not take into account the settlement of immigrants who sleep in tents, the shacks and abandoned houses, or people who occupy empty houses.
Every night, thousands of people around the world come to meet these people through voluntary work programs or on its own. In Spain, volunteers from NGOs that support go out with a coffee and some food as an excuse to talk to 'person to person' with them, converted by the social indifference and lack of political leadership in real estate urban.
